Swiss Bank assets under management
L.K. Advani estimates Indian money in swiss banks at between USD 500 billion to 1.5 Trillion.
Some data from the swiss bankers association. They hold USD 10 trillion, out of which 6.8 Trillion CHF (= 6 Trillion USD) is held in Switzerland. 3.48 Trillion (58%) of this belongs to foreign clients.

Mr Jairam Ramesh is clearly misrepresenting the GIF report. The report estimates the range to be $22-27B per year — not a low end of 4B like Jairam claims.
